Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much is it? A: £10 per person for an hour (both adults and children). There is also a £2 charge for official Flux trampoline socks if you do not already have some. Flux Fit classes are £7.50 and Toddler sessions are £5 per person.

Q: Why do I have to buy Flux socks? A: We follow the highest health and safety standards at Flux Freestyle in line with our insurance risk assessments. Our high-quality Flux socks have been designed to increase grip on our trampolines and walls and reduce friction, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing the experience. Flux socks are also designed to reduce the risk of foot infections and any other nasties. Priced at £2, you only need to buy one pair and remember to bring your official Flux socks with you every time you visit.

Q: Do you have lift access? A: Unfortunately, our building does not have lift access and we are located on the first floor with two flights of stairs. If you need help with a buggy, please ask a member of staff, who will be happy to assist.

Q: Do you have parking? A: Cardinal Park has lots of parking, but it is charged at £2.40 for two hours during the day or £1 after 6pm. You can exchange your parking voucher for a free tea or coffee at the Flux Freestyle Cafe

Q: What is the minimum age for the park? A: For standard sessions, the minimum age for anyone wanting bounce at Flux Freestyle is five years old. All under 12’s must be accompanied by at least one adult. We do have daily (weekday) Toddler Sessions for children aged five and under, where we run a dedicated programme including games, toys and a free coffee for adults. One adult may bring up to two children aged five and under.

Q: What should I wear? A: We recommend comfortable, casual clothing but you don’t need to wear sportswear. Wear something cool as you may get hot! All jewellery must be removed for safety reasons.

Q: What is the weight limit? A: For health and safety reasons, we set our weight limit at 125 kilos maximum.

Q: Why can’t under-fives take part in standard jump sessions? A: Our toddler sessions are designed to be a safe, stimulating environment for under-fives. Even with our strict safety policies, we don’t believe we could offer that environment with older children and adults using the facilities at the same time as pre-school children.

Q: Do you run family sessions? A: We have had lengthy consultation on this matter and we do not feel we would be able to guarantee either the safety or experience of anyone taking part in mixed-age family sessions. We have one of the best trampoline park safety records in the UK and safety is our priority. In principal, we can see why families want and need these sessions, but it’s not practical or safe – we hope you understand our reasoning.

Q: Do you run fitness classes? A: Our Flux Fitness programme launched in October 2016. We run daytime and evening fitness sessions with a qualified instructor, priced at £7.50 or £29 a month for unlimited sessions. Visit the fitness page for latest updates.

Q: Do you offer sessions for people with disabilities? A: After months of research and building a partnership with Autism & ADHD, our Flux Assist programme recently launched. Designed for children and adults with disabilities, these sessions offer comfortable surroundings for everyone, whilst enjoying Flux. Visit the assisted sessions page for more information.

Q: Do you offer parties and private bookings? A: Yes! We have an amazing VIP Party Package from £15 per person and can offer dedicated sessions for schools, corporate visitors and large groups of up to 65 people. Please email

Q: Do I have to book or can I just walk in? A: We suggest that everyone books in advance online to save time on arrival and to ensure that there is a slot available at the time you want.

Q: Do you have lockers? A: We do have lockers. We also have cubby holes to store your shoes, jackets etc. while you jump

Q: Do I have to pay to watch? A: No, we have a lovely cafe area where you can wait and have a cup of tea in full view of the trampolines. There is also a mezzanine gallery where you can watch all the action from above!

Q: Does the hour include the safety briefing? A: No, each session in the park will be a full hour so please make sure that you arrive 15-20 mins early in order to check-in and go through the safety briefing.

Q: At what age can I sign my own waiver form? A: Everyone who enters the park will need to sign a waiver form, which will be kept on file for future visits. This will need to be completed by a parent or guardian if you are under 16. It is usually best to sign the waiver in our online booking system before you come.
